Spearheaded the end-to-end design and development of next generation tyre grade silanes: from conceptualization to pilot scale trials and commercial launch of two new products in the past year• Led NPD initiatives focused on organo silanes and functionalized silica for diverse industrial applications, including tyre & rubber, paints & coatings, adhesives & sealants, and water remediation• Cross-functional collaboration with customers, BD and sales teams to facilitate product evaluation, approval and commercial scale-up trials• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing and strategy teams to evaluate competitor landscape, customer needs, and regulatory trends impacting innovation pipelines• Developed innovative and cost-effective electrode catalysts, membranes, membrane electrode assemblies (MEA), and bipolar plates for PEM Fuel Cell applications• Played a key role in Tata Group consortium of six group companies, contributing to successful development of commercial prototype of PEM Fuel Cell stack for stationary and automobile applications• Championed the Innovation Management program for the organization and Stage-Gate process for the SBU, to streamline innovation workflows and accelerate time-to-market for new products
