ABOUT ANIRBAN BHATTACHARYA
Anirban did his schooling from Better High School, Kolkata, post which he did his Bachelors in Technology in Instrumentation & Electronics from Jadavpur University where he was awarded the gold medal. Anirban has worked around 2.5 years as an Lead Operations Engineer in the Thermal Power Generation sector of Tata Power. Spending time in energy sector field jobs, he has an expertise about managing small teams and has good emergency handling skills that has helped him grow as an individual. Anirban was awarded Power Trainee of the year in his first year of joining the organization. Post 2.5years of experience, he decided to write XAT where he managed to score around 98.7%ile and decided to pursue MBA in HRM from XLRI Jamshedpur. For the summer internships, he interned at Lubrizol Corporation, where his project revolved around proposing a probable recruitment strategy for the GCC for some open positions at the time. Post his MBA, he got into Adani-Meghe group of companies where he is currently working as an Executive HR specialising in HR operations, employee life cycle management data and other administrative jobs.
