As a Manager at Capgemini with over one year of experience, my role is focused on leading a team of four in automating key processes across platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Link tools. My contributions include implementing Playwright Automation for Salesforce applications utilizing custom fixtures and a page object model architecture, as well as automating workflows in Finance, HCM, and CMS using Tosca. I actively oversee defect management, task documentation in JIRA, and execution processes through Dex and batch scheduling. With multiple certifications, including UIPath and Salesforce, I bring a strong foundation in test automation, CRM systems, and team management.
