I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and have completed my MBA in Marketing and Consulting, which has shaped a strong foundation at the intersection of consumer insight, strategy, and execution. My early training in hospitality instilled a deep appreciation for experience design, customer behaviour, and operational discipline—principles that continue to inform how I approach complex business problems.I currently work as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where I support organisations through transformation initiatives spanning change management, workforce planning, operating model evolution, and digital transformation. My work focuses on helping businesses translate strategic intent into practical, people-centric execution—balancing structure with speed and long-term vision with near-term viability.Beyond client work, I actively explore and develop early-stage startup and venture concepts, particularly at the intersection of brand, consumer experience, and technology. I’m especially interested in how emerging tools—such as AI-enabled solutions—can be adopted responsibly to improve decision-making, scalability, and organisational effectiveness. This hands-on experimentation allows me to test ideas in real-world contexts and bring a builder’s perspective into my consulting work.Previously, I worked as an HR Business Partner, leading initiatives that strengthened organisational resilience, improved team agility, and enabled leaders to drive high-impact outcomes.
