ABOUT ANINDYA GHOSH

I was born in Bhubasneshwar and grew up in Bangalore, moved to the Netherlands for 2 years after high school and came back to pursue a bachelors in Hospitality management, where I discovered my innate ability to empathise and communicate with people. I am passionate about food, mixology and travel, all of which has led me to associate and learn about different cultures - both domestically and internationally. In the past, I interned in the travel and tourism sector as well as had my industry exposure at Shangri-La Bangalore where I predominantly worked in the sales and reservations department as well as the F&B department. Now I have moved on from the hospitality industry and decided to tackle the corporate world. I am currently working in ADP as an HR Business Partner with the goal to broaden my knowledge in the field of Human Resources and elevate my communication skills by putting them into practical use. All in all, I love my current job! It gives me a chance to learn from heavily tenured HRBPs and has opened my eyes to the world of corporate HR. Working with my team has taught me the true meaning of being empathetic and has helped me further develop my soft skills. Overall I believe in being nice to people as you treat people how you want to be treated. I always show respect and do my best to go above and beyond for people I associate with. Loyalty to me is one of the most important traits a person should have, both personally and professionally.
