I am a professional with more than 15 years of experience in project development and project management in IT industry. Primarily I have started my career as Developer in web and mobile application development. I spent 10 years as hardcore programmer in different technologies. I have been interested and entered into the project management gradually beside development. For the last 5 years I\'ve been completely engaged in Project Management. I have been handling clients and teams since the last 10 years successfully. I have sound knowledge on Project Budgeting, Time Estimation, Test Planning, Resource Allocation and Project Execution. As a Project Manager, I always emphasize on creating a professional but friendly working environment within the organisation which is built on trust and respect. I strongly believe that a project success is tremendously dependent on a dedicated team whose members are motivated, collaborative, efficient and aligned beside the realistic project planning. I always thrive to meet the client\'s satisfaction.
