I build regression models and machine learning models for a living. Call it data science, quant work, machine learning engineering, econometrician, statistician, astrology or whatever you prefer. I have seven years of experience developing models for some of the worlds largest banks. Most of my work involves development of predictive models used to determine losses and revenues growth for large corporate portfolios (CI, CRE, Wholesale, Treasury, PPNR). My specialties include: econometrics, time series, machine learning and causal inference modeling. I am a macroeconomist by training.
