ABOUT ANINDITA PAUL

An experienced mental health professional with over 25 yrs of expertise of counselling and coaching.Also a POSH consultant with experience in the area of managing complaints of sexual harassment and grievances related to work.Have worked as an executive director in the NGO Sector,life coach and panel member IC in the corporate sector.My extensive experience as a counselling psychologist and administrator helps me to understand the emotions of the complainant and respondent effectively and in turn manage the POSH cases in a neutral and fair manner. Goal focused and innovative, my strength lies in getting a complete understanding of the vision of my role and working to achieve it. Core competencies include conducting counselling sessions for employees to help them deal with their stresses and behavioral issues,conducting awareness sessions for employees in the POSH act,conducting trainings for the ICC members in managing the POSH enquiries in accordance with the act and in a neutral manner. In my work with the corporate world have supported the HR team in managing difficult employees, identify employees with mental health issues and conducted webinars for women on specific issues for women employees in f2f and vc mode.Conduct workshops for corporate employees/woman employees/HR personnel in the areas of managing stress at work, managing relationships, building effective listening and communication skills,parenting,managing anger and building counselling skills at work. Worked with convicts in the Tihar Jail to help them and their families deal with their addiction issues.Core strength is ability to take on challenges at work, and upgrade continuously.Worked as a POSH consultant and external member with several IT companies,senior living organisations and a premier hotel in the hotel industry.Presently working in a premier IT multinational as a consultant for grievance management including sexual harassment for employees.
