Orchestrating Employees Engagement, Experiences and Initiatives in the region. Collaborating with business in terms of Performance Management cycle and guiding Managers and Leaders in identifying exceptional performers. Identifying Learning and Development initiatives to support the business. Collaborating with Global L&D Team to identify Organization\'s Learning and Training Needs for the region.
