I am passionate to interacting and connecting with people to understand there views/problems and create a best fitted all rounded IT solutions. It always start with small conversations, which almost always becomes a great product output or an experience. Following my passion, I have more than 9 and half years of experience in functional & technical analysis, development, support, consulting and delivering projects for Oil and Gas, Power and Water Utility domains. With over 6 and half years of experience in Business Analysis and Agile (Scrum, Kan-ban & DevOps), I have strengthen myself to be a better business partner, leader and a agilist with each day passing. Around 5 years back I got an great opportunity have a deep dive experience in Scrum (Agile) and also got to perform a Scrum Master and Agile Coach role from past 3 years, with acquiring my knowledge from few certifications like CSM, PSM I, PSM II, PSPO I & Leading SAFe 4.6I started my IT career by learning and designing applications using different suites of software\'s in OSISoft PI 2019 (Real Time Historian). Slowly got expertise in analyzing, designing and automation of real time applications and excel reporting using the products. In the mean, also have acquired advanced working knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Also got another great opportunity to work on Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) using Sample Manager tool of Thermofisher as a business analyst & partner. Few more pointers of my learning and knowledge- Worked in different methodology-based projects – Agile (Scrum, Kanban & DevOps) and Waterfall A very quick learner for new technologies.
