Earlier was working as a Legal Execution Head in Muds Management Private Limited & Muds Legal LLP. Handling IBC 2016, Corporate Law, Director Disqualification, Revival of the Company, MSME, POSH 2013, recovery of shares and Trademark matters and publishing articles and managing team & office and also reviewing the team work.I had worked as an Advocate with Adv. Harinder Teotia handling criminal matters.I had earlier worked as a Legal Associate with Eminds Legal LLP handling Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Negotiable Instruments, Cyber, and other corporate-related matters and had also handle settlement deeds and RTI applications.I had also worked as a Legal Associate with Adv. Manoj Tyagi and handled Criminal, Civil and Consumer cases.I was also associated with Career Launcher from 2013 till 2017 holding a position of Legal Faculty.I had done several internships including an internship in NHRC and Supreme Court.I had done LLM specialisation in Corporate Banking, Securities Laws and Insurance Laws.LLB Specialisation in Corporate Governance.
