Analyzed NAND reliability data from different platforms like Unit level, Wafer level to assess NAND cell performance and provide suggestions for possible improvement of test flow to capture failure mechanisms. Highlighting the differences in test flow and co-relating reliability data from different platforms for accurate gap to goal assessment. Participate in the component qualification process and support screen definition and corrective actions, JEDEC specification.
