Animesh is a seasoned professional in Digital and Finance Transformation Journey for BFSI Clients. He has led large scale transformation projects resulting in better customer experience like BNPL and other Customer journeys. He has implemented large scale Recon Automation Platform like Intellimatch, DUCO handling 25 Million transactions in a month. He has also led compliance transformation projects as part of IFRS 17 guidelines. He has been involved in working with various OEM partners across various implementation helping with the best possible solution insights and challenges from the Industry.He has been has been working on implementing the BNPL product which is one of the latest offerings in the Consumer durable business as part of Consumer Finance Business in Banking. It involves managing the project as Project manager handling multiple vendor partners, designing the solution/product constructs and implementing end to end solution.He has worked closely in the European Payments market and implemented the regulatory and compliance changes for SEPA and BACS (UK Domestic) payments system. He is having an end-to-end clarity of the Transaction Processing, Posting, System Balancing, Accounting, and Reconciliation in the Banking domain and Cross Border Payments.He also focuses on Banking and Healthcare sector and has experience in working with healthcare and banking delivery models in the US, UK, and Global markets. He has worked on provider and patient management, value-based performance management, and health plans as well.He has worked for a couple of large health insurance providers by volume and revenue where he was responsible for designing the modernized migration of member enrolment from legacy-based applications to cloud-based open tech stack applications.
