Most people want it, few achieve it.Leadership need right understanding. It is a Moving and a Growing! It is a Choice needing more of a Calling than credentials.It is inside-out, a knowing and a being; never outside-in or skill based.It is Transformational, Relational, Testimonial!The path to it is the one less traveled by & I have chosen it intentionally to add value and make a difference to seekers, individuals or Organisations, searching for meaning & measure, mission & margin in work and in life.
