About Anil Shelar

I am a competent Civil and Structural Engineer / Engineering manager with a total of 22 years of experience in heavy industrial design in Energy industries such as Power, O&G and Nuclear. I am proficient in designing complex steel and concrete structures for thermal-based, gas-based, combined cycle power plants, pipeline terminals, refinery structures, Alternative fuel and Nuclear facilities. I gained good knowledge in implementing various building codes along with Canadian standards and American standards including AASHTO, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC 360 as well as NUREG and DOE standards in engineering. Apart from his design engineering skills, I played a key role in large construction engineering projects to support construction activities. I played various roles on the EPCM projects progressively from design engineer, project coordinator, lead engineer, and project manager. I possess a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a Master\'s degree in Business.
