The Offshore Wind Growth Partnership was established as part of the Offshore Wind Sector Deal in 2019. The OWGP has been developed as a long-term business transformation programme with a ten-year budget of £100m to help supply chain companies grow through increased competitiveness.The OWGP Programme Director is accountable for the development and delivery of the OWGP Programme.
