To build a strong platform of PD across the region by working closely with the local sales and development team to give technical knowledge transfer.*To establish good communication with Trial station officers.* Use the technical data of the station to take decisions on the varieties.* In coordination with the TSO and sales team, should plan for the promotional activities on the station.* Perform as crop specialist for the assigned crop for whole India.* Monitor trials by regular follow up and make sure to have enough number of successful trials to support the decisions.* Evaluations and gather the trial data from external trials.* Analyze the data for supporting the decisions for variety advancement.* Technical support to sales team and provide technical information on the varieties.* Become technical expert of the crop assigned to him. Guide the sales people in handling the complaint.* Should have the ability to extensively travel and work more closely with local team to judge and evaluate the local trials.* In coordination with local sales and PM to decide product launching strategy for assigned crop as crop specialist.
