In my current role I am responsible for -Defining, implementing and maintaining IT Supplier Strategy aligned to the IT Strategy- Defining IT Supplier Management operating model, governance and related roles and responsibilities- Managing the IT Supplier Management organization to achieve optimal results from / with our suppliers- Determining with our teams how IT work can best get done with IT suppliers - in sync with these Supplier Strategy. This includes location e.g. onshore/nearshore/offshore, delivery models, etc- Operating effective governance over our ecosystem of IT suppliers, including strategic relationship management and engaging the IT Leadership Team in supplier management topics as required- Maintain superior relationships with senior supplier executives, including CxOs, and delivery heads of strategic suppliers. Own the global contracts (MSAs) with strategic suppliers, refreshing as necessary to ensure competitiveness for Novartis- Ensuring quality of goods and service delivered by our suppliers is effectively measured, consistent with NBS as a service delivery organization, and that we are doing what’s necessary for our suppliers to be successful working with us- Mitigate delivery risks by building effective working coalitions with IT Procurement, Data Privacy, Legal, and Information Security
