   Roles and Responsibilities:• Providing operation, deployment & testing support on Nokia Intelligent Network (OSP 2.3, OSP 2.4, PPS, ICC, and CRE) and SRP, PCRF platform to the customers globally under given time constraints to meet the agreed Service Level agreement. • Act as Outage Manager by identifying the impact of the outage and changes made to the customer network. Ensure outage situations are documented per guidelines to meet contractual root cause analysis obligations.• Maintain customer relationships on a day-to-day basis. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by providing services fully compliant with the SLA.• Interface with product business divisions (L3/Technical Expertise Center), respectively OEM support centers.• Experience of Test planning and writing test cases for IN platforms and services.• Create Methods of Procedures (MOP) & Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) documents and provide for their execution in either Nokia/Customer “test beds” and field networks.• To provide the root cause analysis (RCA) for the customer issues to avoid future occurances.• Hold customer facing status meetings and provide status reports to the customer at pre-determined intervals agreed with the customer.• Monitor SLA performance against SLAs, ensure timely delivery of solution from partners and facilitate review meetings.• Plan, facilitate, weekly, monthly review meetings with customers to identify gaps and trigger action for resolution.• In the event a defect in a product is found, responsible for documenting the defect and communicating the problem priority to the necessary levels of management, and wherever possible, providing the customer with a solution together with the engineering team. • Participate in the review and implementation of product upgrade/patch & installation processes.• Perform proactive site management & planning (understanding normal behavior, ongoing performance analysis, capacity planning in co-ordination with development team).
