SpringWorks Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company that identifies and advances promising science and pioneers efficient pathways for drug development for patients with severe rare diseases and cancer. • Responsible for leading and executing on the Statistical Programming strategy within SpringWorks and building a team to support. • Provide overall technical, administrative, and functional oversight of statistical programming personnel and operations to ensure achievement of departmental goals and levels as well as, oversee the efficient, accurate, and timely execution of all statistical programming activities provided by the department. • Lead and organize project programming teams, typically for multiple protocol or otherwise complex projects. • Ensure the efficiency, quality, and integrity of analyses, project, and supervisory activities executed. • Facilitate advanced technical expertise, in conjunction with internal and external team members, to design, implement, validate, and maintain project reporting applications that are supported by the department. • Identify project priorities and project timeline goals and communicate priority-related issues and timelines to programming teams. • Communicate accurate and timely status updates to other project team members and department management. • Actively manage programming activities within parameters of project budgets. • Serve as a model to departmental subordinates as it relates to effective time management, communication, and utilization of resources. Provide leadership and motivation to departmental personnel. • Ensure the optimum performance of group function. Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, cut costs, take advantage of opportunities, and maintain state-of-the-art practices. • Identify training and development needs of department staff. • Monitor performance of department staff. • Develop and maintain departmental systems and SOPs.
