At Ola, I scaled tech and product hiring while building leadership and campus programs from scratch. At InMobi, I led a global TA team that hired across R&D, GTM, and new ventures. At ThoughtSpot, I drove hiring across global R&D and India GTM functions during a rapid scale-up. Most recently, I’ve been helping a B2B SaaS startup grow from 0 to 40 in under 18 months, designing everything from recruitment infrastructure to onboarding and culture-building.Colleagues describe me as a trusted advisor to founders and C-suites; someone who blends data-driven strategy with a people-first approach.
