I’m an engineer and team builder who’s spent two decades solving big problems—at scale across regulated and mission-critical domains - including security operations, fraud detection, and healthcare compliance platforms.My experience spans from helping shape ad systems at Microsoft that turned into billion-dollar revenue stream, to building products from scratch in startup environments. I’ve managed cross-functional engineering teams, led from both technical and people-first perspectives, and shipped high-impact solutions across regulated and mission-critical domains.Most recently, I’ve been driving execution for an AI-first therapy management platform—leveraging LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent coordination patterns (MCP) to orchestrate intelligent workflows across healthcare use cases.I’m at my best when solving hard, ambiguous problems—bridging vision with systems thinking, and aligning engineering decisions with real user and business outcomes.
