Raw materials are received and checked for quantity according to the invoice and stored in their designated location. The stock sheet is regularly updated, and reports are prepared. MRN/GRN and requisition slips are handled appropriately. The FIFO system is followed to ensure proper material usage. Inward and outward processes are managed efficiently. IQC of the materials ensures quality control. Bin cards and aging identification slips are maintained for each item. All types of indents, including new material and job work, are handled. Audit handling is an important task. Rejections, supplier returns, and debit notes are managed appropriately. Consumption and material issues are carefully monitored. Goods movement is efficiently managed. Health, safety, hygiene, and security standards are maintained at the workplace. Raw material handling is done with care. Inventory control is a priority. Systematic storage is implemented using Kaizen and maintaining 5S principles. Material dispatch and scrap material handling are done efficiently.
