Develop competitive intelligence to help API business compete better-Survey the environment and keep abreast of latest happenings in the API market to develop competitive intelligence for API business -Analyse the competitors\' information, market statistics, customer profiles, product profiles-Scan for opportunities in API through IMS, EXIM database, pricing, competition, exhibitions, brochure, product list. II.Analyse and present API analytics to provide internal operational visibility like last month performance to top management-Collect monthly data from purchase, finance, IPD and production and perform analytics-Analyse & report data from planning and seeding monthly data from regional Measuring Tracking & Analyzing Presenting business & team performance-Highlight Business Achievements & Challenges at various forums such as MORS, MFSC, API Business Reviews & API R&D reviews-Preparation & continuous tracking of API Scorecard-Keeping track of the all the Seedings and Lock- ins & Sales Funnel-Look after the Internal reviews of the processesIV. Plan Preparing of the Budget & Strat-Discuss and consolidate region-wise Strat plans & budgets along with respective BD managers & finance team-Conduct in-depth analysis & info-graphically present key insights, strategy & challenges in Budget presentationV. Portfolio & Special Projects-Prepare & maintain Business cases for New Products, CIP, Capacity expansion etc-Look after Key Launches & Proposals-Execution & control of any API projects through weekly calls, risk management, performance analysis & escalation mechanism viz. API+, New Product deliveries, other deliveries on critical path-Provide monthly updates to ChairmanVI. activities Looking after the MarketingMajor Activities/Tasks-Look after the management of CPhl and related activities End-to-end-Conduct and collate Customer Annual Feedback Survey
