My journey began with an active seagoing career as a Marine Engineer officer on various Container and Bulk carrier Vessels. This invaluable experience has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry\'s intricacies and challenges. My expertise extends to Maritime Innovations, Technical Diagnostics/Troubleshooting, Marine Engineering Systems, Marine Vendor Survey, Seafarer Welfare, and Training. I thrive in fast-paced environments, utilizing my knowledge and skills to develop innovative solutions and drive positive change. I am a strong advocate for continuous learning and growth. I hold a Masters (M.Sc.) in Operations and Management of Maritime systems, with a focus on Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, from Hochschule Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Germany. This academic foundation, combined with my practical experience, equips me with a well-rounded skill set to tackle complex problems and deliver results.
