Convert the requirements into business processes and develop flow charts using Ms Visio to be used for functional and regression test automation. Perform Gap & SWOT Analysis and provide recommendations in key strategic areas involving competitor performance development utilizing AI/ML techniques. Communicate and co-ordinate with other stake holders & team for the issue resolution and make sure the quality product is delivered on time. Reconcile general ledgers extracts using SQL, Postman API’s and monitor ACH files processing. Documenting test case scenarios followed for various tasks for specific Modules in Apiture, Savana & Finxact. Resolving the Priority one issues and providing the permanent fix to them. Responding to all Business inquiries in a timely manner, completing Adhoc reporting requests, troubleshooting reporting processes, data validation, proactively communicate with Business partners, learning and implementing new applications. Support functional testing, integrations tests and User Acceptance testing of developed code to production.
