Role Description:• Vulnerability Management: Lead the vulnerability management program, overseeing the identification, assessment, and remediation of vulnerabilities across diverse operating systems. Coordinate patching efforts to mitigate risks and ensure the security of infrastructure assets.• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors providing infrastructure-related products and services. Evaluate vendor offerings, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards.• Patching Team Leadership: Supervise a team responsible for regular patching of various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and other platforms. Establish patching schedules, implement automation tools, and monitor patch deployment to minimize vulnerabilities and downtime.• Audit Handling: Serve as the central point of contact for audits conducted by regulatory bodies such as the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), internal audit teams, and external auditors. Coordinate audit responses, address findings, and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance.• ISO Compliance (ISMS): Drive efforts to establish and maintain compliance with ISO standards, particularly in the realm of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and controls to align with ISO requirements.• Data Center Management: Oversee all aspects of data center operations, including maintenance, capacity planning, and troubleshooting for servers, storage, network, and security infrastructure. Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems.• Security Oversight: Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain robust security measures within the data center environment. Enforce access controls, monitor security incidents, and coordinate incident response efforts to protect infrastructure assets.• Global Team Coordination:
