Joined IFFCO as an Apprentice Trainee and successfully completed training in Ammonia Plant and 1 month in Oxygen Plant where I took responsibility as a post in charge and exposed to Handling all Shift activities like Daily routine activities, Maintenance related, Emergency situation. • Have experience in handling Heat exchangers, Absorber, Stripper, Distillation column, Catalytic Reactor Reformers and Pressure vessels, Turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating Pump, Compressor. • Work Experience of Boiler Operation like Auxiliary Boiler (105 Kg/cm2 g) and MP Boiler (38 Kg/cm2 g). • Basic knowledge of DCS (Distributed control system). • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control. • Handling quality control of incoming of Raw Material, intermediate and Final Product. • Preparation of Certificate of analysis for Carbon Black Feed Stock and final product Clearness and approve it. • Knowledge of All Machine and Equipment used in quality purpose of Carbon Black under Indian and ASTM standards.
