Helping in planning the engagement with the Senior, staffing and work assignment, scheduling kick-off call with engagement team and making sure engagements run smoothly throughout the period. Providing formal training to the team. Reviewing forms prepared by staff, daily communication with senior regarding status and to resolve issues, problems, direct communication with the team on deliverables. Review and timely filing of Federal, Multi-State, City and Local Income Tax returns by adhering to US Tax Compliance rules and regulations. Review of estimates, extensions and provision workpapers including U.S. Corporate Tax Returns and Partnership Tax Returns (Form 1120, Form 1120S, 1120-F, Form 1065, 1042S, 990, 8082, 8621). Preparation and Review of Foreign and International Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865 etc. including ASC 740 provision workpapers, foreign tax credit calculations, working knowledge on E&P, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F workpapers. Frequently using CCH, SuperForms and BNA tool for tax research purpose. Working on different softwares like Go System, OneSource, CTR, and formulate understanding of the same Taking responsibility of managing the process with strong sense and working extremely hard to meet every deadline. Working as a Coach for the team members and guiding them to grow in their career. Involved in assessment of Coachee’s interim and annual performance review process. Attending various Firm’s process related training as required and helping other team members on their queries on regular basis.
