ABOUT ANIL PATEL

Having a significant work experience in various roles, I have successfully implemented change to improve efficiency and productivity. As a result of my tenure within these roles, I have become accustomed to delegating tasks to workforce in line with company long term and short-term objectives. As an enthusiastic, flexible and confident individual, my understanding of operational processes, skills and knowledge could serve as valuable asset to organization.Key Achievements: Initiated new process development as a part of KAIZEN called “MULTI-MERGE” for Multi-Large and Multi-Medium as a single process and GOLDEN BENCH. This has successfully been implemented for the past two years and increased picking productivity by 7-9% and therefore reduced indirect hours in outbound and improved FC cost regulation. Involved in implementation of Training within Industry (TWI) recently rolled out as a standard on job training on process paths across all EU FC’s. Identified and Implemented buffer drop zone for Single-Large and Cross-Dock, keeping in mind Health and Safety requirements of the FC.
