Area Maintenance HeadRefinery Complex Provide technical assurance, leadership and support to the maintenance and operation teams of refining sector to ensure the integrity, reliability and sustainability of all assets. The job involves following activities: Wide knowledge about maintenance of all major and important equipments of refinery like Pumps, Compressors, Fans, Steam turbines, Gas turbines, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Tanks, Interpretation of their Datasheets, Drawings, PFDs and P & IDs etc. Drive Maintenance initiatives and set annual targets for Maintenance. Lead the effort for updating prioritized \"Bad Actor” equipment list that poses threat to production and high maintenance cost. Lead efforts in identifying and implementing corrective action needed for this equipment. Identify, develop, and/or apply best practices and standards in machinery maintenance, and operation and provide support. Champion Turnaround Meetings, Scope collection, challenge and optimization, Schedule optimization, Shutdown Manual preparation, team alignment to enable delivery of results. Develop and review scopes for T/A repairs and overhauls for special purpose equipment. During turnaround execution, ensure full compliance of safety, quality, schedule, and productivity. Monitor closely critical and potential critical activity and provide effective solution to problem timely. Lead or support Root Cause Failure Analysis investigations, solution development, and risk assessments. Perform Management of Change reviews to ensure safe operation and design of equipment and related changes. Monitor Maintenance cost and budgeting of the site Ensure HSE compliance Responsible for overall Performance monitoring and reporting.
