It also allowed me to innovate financially feasible technological solutions for my target customers. Farmtree gave me the foundation to transition from product development to comprehensive business management.In the agritech sector, I have developed and implemented several AI/ML-based image processing and prediction algorithms, some of which are now patented. I built a team from scratch, growing to over 100 professionals, responsible for technology development and management, ground operations, business development, and IP strategy. This team has been instrumental in driving our technological advancements and business growth.My latest initiative focuses on helping multinational corporations (MNCs) set up IT captives in Asia, particularly in India. We leverage our seamless delivery experience to provide delivery governance services to companies looking to optimize their operations.
