Oversee daily management and deployment of the delivery fleet, ensuring efficient vehicle utilization, cost control, and minimal downtime. Manage and mentor the last mile operations team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring their alignment with organizational goals. Manage relationships with external partners and ensuring performance and cost optimization. Drive initiatives to reduce operational costs while maintaining high service quality and delivery efficiency. Identify operational call outs and implement solutions to resolve delivery issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams including warehouse, line haul, planning customer support, IT team, finance, supply, and HR team to ensure seamless and high standard delivery operations. Training of partner teams and ensure they follow all Flipkart last mile processes to achieve desired results. Visit Partner hubs to conduct audits and solve operational gaps to ensure performance. Ensure partners hubs are compliant with Flipkart standards. Take ownership of the performance of partner hubs and drive all operational metrics to achieve performance targets. Managing operational excellence and drive cost effective procurement strategies. Have provided training / Coaching to associates about new SOPs and changes in the system to keep them updated and improve efficiency in work. Ensure all Hubs follow the correct process to ensure zero losses. Ensuring timely customer issue resolutions and sustained NPS for Rajasthan region.
