Manage all the aspects of SDLC and Project Delivery Process for projects, adhering to the set of audit standards for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions for public sector clients specifically utilizing the Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions• As a Project Manager work with engagement managers, Technical architects and studio teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and budget following the MTX process and Delivery Standards• Act as a process watchdog for the Agile methodology and conducting Scrum ceremonies (Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospective and Review)• Accountable for maintaining the documentation including but not limited to, Data Dictionary, Configuration Workbook, UAT Test Scripts, Process Flow Diagrams, User Stories and Training Manuals• Identifying the challenges in the projects and involving the correct expertise of people to fix them• Facilitating requirements discovery and documentation; as well as process definition and expertise in managing end-to-end process of business analysis entailing As-Is/To-Be Analysis, mapping & finalizing requirements• Ownership of the Product Backlog board tying the SOW document with the in-scope requirements, adhering to operational excellence, with the ability to turn ambiguous and nonstandard work into standardized and structured process that can be deployed in operations• Donning the Pre-sales hat from time to time spearheading the preparation of client-facing Level of Efforts (LOE) document ensuring granularity of details, tracing it back to the Work Orders based on the agreed Pricing model and assisting engagement managers with RFP and RFI finalization• Prioritizing Product Backlog Items and tracking the work items progress by the utilization of metrics like Capacity estimate vis-à-vis work item estimate, Story Points, Velocity, Burndown Chart, RACI matrix
