Prepare a Digital Journey development /enhancement plan for various existing products on bank’s digital platform. Identifying relevant key competitors and provide competition benchmarking with respect to Digital journeys as per the latest industry trend. Review competition offerings for capabilities, features, process, UI/UX and benchmark it to the bank’s offering. Discuss the requirement jointly with respective product teams, BSG-IT and other stakeholders and undertake development efforts from BSG-IT of the requirements for the products managed. Deliver effective solution to simplify customer acquisition by improving UI/UX, integrating various API/solutions available in the market with the platform to provide smooth onboarding. Co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders to get approvals on Process Note, Requirement Document, UI/UX to fast track the development timeline. Overlook progress of development throughout the life-cycle for on-time and bug-free delivery. Co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders to get UAT test data and driving UAT Feedback to get sign off on journey UAT. Manage CUG testing with relevant stakeholders to meet the timeline of the journey Go live date. Raise and assign all the observation\'s found during UAT and CUG testing in Jira to respective developer. Carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for reported bugs and take corrective action in a time-bound manner 12. Continuous review of fields and customer experience in digital journeys through competition mapping. Undertake enhancements for the various products to keep it relevant at all times. Regular interaction with implementation team seeking feedback on product, process from all channels using digital platform 15. Monitoring on Journey Performance and uptime post Go Live. Basis feedback received take up enhancements on all products on different digital platform related to process, TAT, approval rates.
