Anil is a passionate educator and leader currently serving as the State Operations Manager for Sampark Foundation in Himachal Pradesh. With a strong belief in the transformative power of education, Anil dedicates his expertise to empowering teachers and improving learning outcomes for students across the state.Leading the Change with Sampark:In 2019, Anil joined the Sampark Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of education through innovative pedagogies. As Program Coordinator, he played a key role in teachers training on the Sampark Math & English kit, impacting teachers and students across eight states. Recognizing his leadership potential, promoted to Zonal Manager in 2023, leading the Science Program in Himachal Pradesh. And promoted as a State Operations Manager in Nov 2025, leading the State.Beyond the Classroom:His dedication extends beyond the classroom walls. Anil is a strong advocate for community mobilization and enjoys traveling to connect with diverse communities.
