Hello! I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in Aerospace industries. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ Years of experience in product design, development and testing. Currently, I am working in Boeing India Pvt. Ltd, as Mechanical design and Analysis engineer – BT & E group. My work is primarily in to design of test fixtures and supporting components for full scale aircraft structures (static and fatigue). Additional responsibilities would be to design/develop dummies for system components\' like MLG/NLG/Engine/Actuators, provide cost effective solutions and better integration with test rig. Document analysis results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied. My professional skill sets include:> Generation of conceptual designs, build plans, performing trade studies and put forward complete design solutions.> Coordinating design review meetings and work closely with several support groups (stress, manufacturing and customer service) to improve the design feasibility.> Perform ingenious design tasks on special mission aircrafts, experimental aircrafts and develop test articles/proto types.> Awareness of load and design calculations, materials, finishes used in aerospace industry.> Advance design and new product development: Worked on multiple programs from early stages of basic surfaces till first flight.
