   LC draft Review.2.Manage day to day relationships and communications with financing banks on trade finance transactions.3. Review and prepare trade finance documents under URC(collection) and UCP 600 (Letter of Credit various Targray entities around the world. 4.Ensure document are correctly and timely dispatched to the buyer as per the deal Structure. Review all import and export LCs received in accordance with company internal policy. Ensuring that LC received in a timely manner as required. Prepare and coordinate documents for a clean presentation under LC to Targray Banks.8. Prepare Import LC issuance requests as per internal policy and accordingly coordinating with Targray Banks so LCs are issued as per agreed timelines.9. Coordinate with Operations team/Traders/Finance/Risk/Legal team on new Trade finance transactions and deal structuring as per Targray Financing policies.10. Maintain close cooperation with Operations team on documents processing and payment status. Follow up with our banks on expected Payments and incoming LCs.11. Update internal data on LCs utilization, Payment status, Document dispatch status, utilization of bank limits and any other MIS requirement related to Trade Finance deals.12. Manage the day today relationships and communications with the bank on trade finance transactions.13. Additional ad hoc duties required by international team members or divisional managers and will continuously work closely with finance group in Montreal and India.
