Monitor, witness and review project Inspection & Test Plans activities in line with approved contractual requirements approving stage inspections. Review of Inspection & Test Plan, Material verification, all stages of inspection, Review of material test reports. Witnessing welder\'s performance qualifications. Witnessing NDE and performing visual examinations. Review of Radiographic films, PT and MPT & UT. WPS, PQR Review and Approval, Welder Qualification test witness. Verification of welding consumables (property, type, storage etc.) as per the WPS. Study and interpretation of fabrication drawings, shop drawings, Weld map and symbols Evaluation of pre & post weld heat treatment (PWHT) charts. Surveillance during welding to ensure the use of approved welding parameters. Ensures that all the measurement instruments are correctly managed and calibrated. Raising Non Conformity (NCR) Report for all defective materials. and resolving the same. Inspection of spool joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements. Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking. Preparation of welding inspection summary/Joint tracking log. Prepare inspection Release reports, Verification of quantities shipped, including proper packing and identification marking. Preparation of Weekly and monthly welder Welder Performance reports
