Developing and implementing Global procedures and policies to guide the rebadged employees. • Retaining the Key talents by understanding and supporting their professional and personal needs. • Provide strategic HR business partnering support to the business units a) Succession Planning: Conduct delivery talent review survey, work with delivery leaders to identify and review their successors, establishing a mechanism to consolidate profiles linked to performance, potential, strengths, areas of improvement, alignment to the role, and quarterly check-in with the leaders on progress. b) Talent Management: Proficiency in Talent Management including annual performance management, goal setting, directional feedback, new joiner 30-60-90 days check-in, monthly transfers, or promotions within delivery units. Manage employee relations, disciplinary issues, performance issues, that avoid any potential legal lawsuits for the organizations. c) Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) • Global Policies Implementation: Harmonize the region-specific policies with the Global HR Policies & Practices. Perform Gap Analysis in the current region-specific policies and procedures and align them best to cater to the global organization strategy • Manage end-to-end performance management lifecycle. • Change Agent: Work on Increasing awareness and thereby increasing the acceptance and adoption of HR systems and tools in the North America region by training the managers, conducting Roadshows for spreading awareness • Delivering change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including activities relating to post merger. • Culture ambasdor to integrate the newly rebadged employees to our house of Quest Global.
