To maintain relationship with the existing clients to provide high standard of services and originate new businesses opportunities.To build up network and relationships with new corporate for acquisition of business opportunities and adding clients for building up strong and diversified portfolio.To determine existing and new clients\' needs to devise financial solutions to meet their banking and financial advisory requirements.To prepare proposal notes including assessment of different risks such as credit, management and market for presenting it to committee members of Deal Review Meeting for an in-principal approval.To do analysis of client’s balance sheet and prepare credit memorandum arrangement (CMA) to along with spread as per bank’s requirement for further assessment. To prepare full fledged CAM incorporating assessment of different products requirement of client, supplier’s and customer concentration analysis, peer group analysis, industry profiling etc and presenting those proposals to credit committee.Preparation of sanction advice and co-ordinate with credit administrative department for necessary documentation.Ensuring stability of income from existing clients and exploring avenues for new income generation from existing as well as new clients by cross selling.Achieving individual targets and growing account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.To prepare different reports such as asset classification, risk reports on monthly basis as per requirement of management pertaining to individual portfolio.Liaising with other strategic business units for marketing of their products to existing and new clients like trade finance, cash management and treasury products.To make networks with other financial institutions for syndications and better due diligence network.
