About Anil Gupta
Anil is a seasoned finance professional with 20+ years of experience in the CFO domain across BFSI sector. He has deep domain expertise in finance business partnering, legal entity controllership, investor reporting and analytics across retail lending, private banking, wealth management and alternative asset businesses. Anil currently is the Head of India Finance at M&G PLC, a UK listed financial services provider specialising in investment and savings products. He previously headed the Global Capability Center at General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity investment firm. The GCC supported middle / back office functions of the firm including finance, fund administration, portfolio valuations, investor reporting and other business operations. He has also worked at global banks (Standard Chartered, Barclays, Deutsche Bank) helping them scale up their finance shared services centers in India.Anil has held business CFO roles at Capital One Financial Services (Retail Lending, US) and WNS Global services (BPM / BPO services). He was also the Group CFO at XSEED, a leading K-8 Edtech firm.Anil is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has an MBA in Finance and holds a degree in commerce from Mumbai University.
