Handle statutory audit of payroll funds with the help of KPMG, PWC and EY.Responsible for reporting of all statutory files which includes employee TDS, PF,PT, ESIC, MLWF and other applicable local statutory deductions.Responsible for submission of form 16 and other tax related submissions in a timely manner.Provide relevant data and reports to the Human resource, finance team, vendor, clients involved in payroll and statutory compliances.Ensure to update timely feedback to the performance management system to the team as per the performance management metrics.Engaged in employee engagement activities, budget planning, monthly and annual meeting, town hall meeting and other stakeholders meeting.
