As the National Team Lead – Public Health, I oversee strategic planning, implementation, and coordination of public health initiatives at the national level. My role bridges technical leadership with operational excellence, ensuring evidence-based interventions reach communities effectively.Key Responsibilities:* Lead the design and nationwide rollout of public health programs in alignment with national health missions and global commitments.* Translate strategic goals into actionable frameworks for state-level implementation.* Serve as the national focal point for coordination with the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, State Health Departments, Development Partners, and Civil Society Organisations.* Facilitate inter-sectoral collaboration to drive unified health responses.* Design and lead national capacity-building initiatives for health workers, managers, and community leaders.* Mentor state teams and partners to ensure quality assurance and adaptive learning.* Provide technical inputs for public health modules including HIV/AIDS, TB, RMNCH+A, Family Planning, Maternal Health, Adolescent Health, Mental Health, and Digital Health.* Supervise field-level operations and ensure adherence to national guidelines and SOPs.* Drive data-driven decision-making by establishing robust MEL frameworks.* Analyse performance indicators and translate insights into program improvements.* Represent the organisation in national consultations, technical working groups, and policy dialogues.* Contribute to knowledge-sharing through white papers, reports, and national conferences.
