ABOUT ANIL CHAUHAN

I’ve always had a desire to learn new skills and expand my knowledge, and my natural curiosity has driven me in my career, from an IT background to Project Management and onto Business Analysis. I have never found a role that keeps you on the edge of your seat, constantly feeding your curiosity in the way Analysis does.Today, I’m still doing what I love. As a Project Manager/Lead Business Analysts for an Insurance Provider, I work between technical specialists and the business management team to analyse and translate business needs, manage change, and transform operations.Successes achieved throughout my career include-Transforming the IFRS17 regulatory project for L&G insurance division from a business unit behind on all key business requirement milestones, to delivery of all milestones and not a single missed deadline in the last 2 years-Being awarded the ‘Top 20 Employee of the Year’ in 2010 for singlehandedly managing an HBOS migration for back office function in absence of a Project Team Lead- Saving 90% of money and time for Contracts and Treasury department by demonstrating the use of the underutilised contract amend function and supervising a mass contract amend for HBOS on contractsWhen I’m not analysing business and implementing change, I’m either woodworking or reading.I love to connect with people from all walks of life, so if you want to get in touch about business analysis, new opportunities, or woodworking, please don’t hesitate to send me a message.
