Job Responsibilities- • Overall supervision and control of Lab.• Responsible for technical management of Laboratory, selection of test methods, review and approval of test procedures.• Select and monitor all referral laboratories for quality of services.• Responsible for training laboratory personnel, provide continuous technical education for the laboratory staff and part take in educational programs of the institution.• Evolving Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and Quality Manual and getting the same.• Co-ordination with other departmental heads.• Ensure proper functioning of all diagnostic services.• Advise Management regarding Lab.• Looking for incoming quality of raw materials and finished products.• Update record of raw materials and finished products as per ISO and National Std.• Daily, weekly and monthly report preparation and data analysis.• Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.• Inspecting equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are meet.• Calibration of all plant equipment.• R&D and NPD at lab level.

My name is Anil chauhan and i completed my master’s in chemistry (M.Sc) from Dr.Bhimrao Ambedkar university,agra. my last assessment with RELAXO FOOTWEAR LIMITED as LAB incharge since 25 DECEMBER 2018 to 11 JULY 2023. Relaxo Footwear Limited is Established in 1976, with an annual turnover of over Rs. 2750 Crore. It is an Indian multinational footwear manufacturer based in New Delhi.Relaxo brings a fine combination of comfort, style, and workmanship under its popular brands i.e. Flite, Bahamas, Sparx, Schoolmate, and Hawaii.Skills- Experienced Quality Specialist(QA/QC/LAB)in footwear industry.
