I provide a variety of professional corporate legal services to businesses of all types, working directly with corporate clients and the law firm’s partners. I am responsible for all aspects of corporate business law supporting Life Sciences and Technology companies.CORPORATE BUSINESS LAW: I focus on all aspects of corporate business law with emphasis on entity formations, incorporations, organizations, administrations, and corporate governance.CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS: As a corporate paralegal, I assist attorneys as part of a transaction team in reviewing and drafting documents for due diligence, stock and asset sales, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, private offerings and securities matters, SOS, IRS, SEC and Blue Sky filings, UCC searches and filings, and liquidations and dissolutions.PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS: I became a nationally Certified Paralegal in 2007, and was recognized by the New Hampshire Bar Association (NHBA) with the Paralegal Professionalism Award. This annual award is presented to the nominee who best exhibits a high degree of professionalism; possesses an outstanding level of job-related knowledge; has motivation that exceeds expectations; is considered a role model for other paralegals; and promotes paralegal work as a profession. In 2010, I completed the National Association of Legal Assistants & Paralegals’ (NALA) Advanced Paralegal Certification Program in Business Organizations: Incorporated Entities. I am one of 3,500 advanced certified corporate paralegals in the nation.
