Establishing and managing commercial relationships with suppliers including negotiation of market leading contracts for B2B. Consistently growing and integrating my portfolio• Responsibility for the tracking and performance of suppliers against budget and OM targets (Financial responsibility to deliver against budget) • Developing annual strategy for my markets, assisting senior management with target setting in line with company objectives.• Carrying out competitive insights and research to inform planning (identifying possible product lines, working with DMOs and individual suppliers on opportunities for sale increase and new business, supporting partners with product development.)• Collaboratively working with stakeholders to ensure product portfolios are relevant, up to date and optimized.• Developing sales enablement material and training to support internal and external stakeholders. • Coordination of the promotional calendar, sales efforts, FAM trips with the Marketing and Sales Teams• Key commercial contact for all market supply partners, Tourism Organizations, and customers as required.• IT projects – supporting the Tech teams in communicating business requirements (CRM and API), user testing, coordinating day to day with 3rd party API platforms and suppliers.
