This academic pursuit builds on my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Xavier Institute of Engineering, Mumbai, where I laid the groundwork for my career in tech.My professional journey has been marked by significant roles, including my recent position as a Lead AI Engineer at Impacter AI. Here, I lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, including an AI-powered sales copilot MVP using Twilio media streams, ElevenLabs, Node.js, and the OpenAI API. Additionally, I have engineered a sophisticated phone call agent leveraging AWS Bedrock, Twilio, Flask, Langchain, AWS Lambda, and DynamoDB. My work at Impacter AI reflects my commitment to pushing the boundaries of AI-driven technologies to deliver innovative solutions.Previously, at Me4U, a New York-based startup, I served as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer during the company’s formative stages. I led the engineering and research efforts, fine-tuning GPT-3 models for applications like cloning human personalities from Instagram chats and developing personalized chatbots using GPT-4. This role not only honed my technical skills but also instilled a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the agile development process.Before Me4U, my tenure at Quantiphi Analytics as a Chat Bot Engineer provided me with a solid foundation in conversational AI. I designed and implemented chatbots using Google Dialogflow, integrating various APIs and backend systems to create seamless conversational experiences.    Developed multi-agentic orchestration application with 7+ agents in production using Google ADK framework with A2A communication and LangChain, connecting with RAG, multiple MCP tools and vLLM for inference- Performed Domain Adaptive Pre-training (DAPT) & prepared pre-training and fine-tuning data to train foundational LLM on energy domain using Llama-3.1-8B as a base model on 8 H-100 GPU’s and monitored performance in MLflow- Generated synthetic data by building a robust pre-processing pipeline to maintain generalization, semantic entropy and diversity in tabular numerical data to prepare structured question-answer pairs- Optimized system response time by running the agents sequence parallely and added long-term memory to all the agents utilizing 131k context window length of gpt-oss-120B parameter model- Connected with databases like MSSQL, MongoDB, Postgres to handle CRUD operations on 600GB+ data and used Milvus DB to retrieve vector embeddings
