I developed custom generative AI-powered chatbots using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, tailored to each client’s specific needs by incorporating their personal data. My work spanned a variety of industries, including shipping, banking, and more. I leveraged multiple Azure Cognitive Services such as Azure Blob Storage, Azure AI Search, and Azure Document Intelligence to enhance the chatbots\' capabilities, ensuring accurate, contextually relevant responses and seamless integration with clients\' existing systems. This approach empowered businesses to optimize customer engagement, streamline workflows, and deliver a more personalized user experience.Additionally, I applied advanced computer vision techniques, including YOLOv10, to extract images from PDFs.
